Immediately call at 2222 and inform about the mains failure:

a) office administrator (during working hours);

b) building security staff (outside working hours).

Responsible persons:

An employee who noticed the failure.

Call the emergency service of UAB City Service Engineering at 1898 .

Responsible persons:

Building security personnel (outside working hours).

Inform through ITS.

LARGE VIOLATION

Immediately call at 2222 and inform about the mains failure:

Call the emergency service of UAB City Service Engineering at 1898 , when there is a failure that requires the entire power supply to be switched off.

Responsible persons:

Building security personnel (outside working hours).

Inform through ITS.

Decide on the evacuation of staff.

Responsible persons:

Company manager or substitute.

Decide on the extension or suspension of the facility.

Responsible persons:

Decide on the protection of the facility, if necessary - organize the protection of the facility before the electricity supply restoration.
