Help can be called by calling the general emergency helpline at 112
- Choose (step away from) a location you can safely call 112 from;
- Dial only the following three digits on the telephone keypad – 112 (no codes required);
- Wait for the operator to answer your call;
- When the operator responds, introduce yourself and say briefly and clearly what happened and to whom;
- Indicate the place (if known and the exact address) where emergency assistance is required;
- Answer all questions asked by the operator;
- Follow the advice given by the operator, and do not argue with the operator;
- Do not hang up until the operator tells you that the call can be ended;
- When you have finished talking, try not to use the phone line you made the call from;
- If the situation at the accident scene changes (improves or worsens), call 112 again and report it;

Upon hearing a fire alarm on the premises, which means that there may be or is a danger to human health or life, employees and visitors must:
- Exit the escape route directly to the outside of the corridor, lobby, and stairway to the outside as soon as possible.
- Evacuation takes place by stairs and the use of lifts is prohibited.
- Employees who successfully went outside shall gather at the place of meeting after evacuation.
- The heads of the units count the staff and determine if everyone has evacuated.
- Information about missing/remaining people in the building is passed on to the officers who arrived.
