Detection of explosives, dangerous items/consignments at the facility

LARGE VIOLATION

Assess the explosive, suspicious item and the received notification as a danger to life and health.

Upon receipt of a dangerous goods notification

Call at 2222 and inform about the explosive or another dangerous item at the facility:

a) office administrator (during working hours);

b) building security staff (outside working hours);

Responsible persons:

An employee who received the notification.

Inform through ITS.

Responsible persons:

Building security personnel (outside working hours).

Announce the evacuation of staff immediately by pressing the fire alarm button.

Responsible persons:

Business security or building security guard.

Evacuate the facility immediately through the nearest available exit.

Responsible persons:

All employees.

Call the general helpline at 112 and report the event.

Responsible persons:

Business security or building security guard.

Count the evacuees. Report the results to a business safety or security guard.

Responsible persons:

Heads of departments.

Meet special services and follow their instructions.

When a suspicious item is detected, inspect it but do not touch it.

Step away from it further in the same way as when you approached.
