If unauthorized armed persons are noticed at the facility – consider it a danger to life.

If gunmen or hear shots are noticed:
– press the nearest fixed fire alarm button and/or
– an alarm button located at the 5a administrator workstation.
Responsible persons:
The employee who noticed.

Evacuate the facility immediately through the nearest available exit.
Responsible persons:
All employees.

Those who cannot evacuate – hide.
Responsible persons:
All employees.

Call the general helpline at 112.
Responsible persons:
An employee who can do this safely.

Call at 2222 and inform:
- office administrator (during working hours);
- building security staff (outside working hours).
Responsible persons:
The employee who noticed.

Inform through ITS.
Responsible persons:
Office administrator (during working hours).
Building security personnel (outside working hours).

Count the evacuees. Report the results to a business safety or security guard.
Responsible persons:
Heads of departments.

Wait for the officers of the special services to describe the item that caused the suspicion and indicate its exact location.
Responsible persons:
An employee, business security, or building security guard who has found a suspicious item.
